Hello, welcome to my website. 

My name is Sarah and I am a Counsellor, Trainer and Coach providing therapeutic services both online and (when permitted to do so) in my private practice in Nantwich, Cheshire.

Nobody could have prepared us for what 2020 has thrown at us and understandably this period has left many people both young and old feeling anxious, worried and scared.  Even people that have never struggled with their mental health before are suddenly finding it difficult to cope 

You may have pre-existing struggles with mental health or maybe you have been trying to come to terms with a traumatic event that has happened in your past.

Maybe you have low self esteem and want some help to improve it, i can help with that too.

I provide counselling for adults and young people aged 13+ from my private practice.
